It seems we always need to be prepared for the unexpected! During a recent healing circle a zoom bomber came in! He was only there for a few seconds as I removed him.

We sent him compassion and then went on with the meditation, connecting with the Divine Mother’s beautiful healing energies.

Later AAMichael gave me this message about our experience: “Dearest one, you have all been in the place of the deep darkness, of feeling unloved, of feeling bereft, of feeling you wish to strike out at another.  Where you cannot face the emptiness, the hole that is within. It might not have been in this lifetime, the deep, deep pain that each soul has experienced. For it is the separation and the abandonment.  

This one that came as a visitor to your meeting came with the cry for help. The cry that “I can’t bear this pain that is within me anymore. This emptiness, this black hole. And if I don’t strike out at another I will feel it within.” 

This striking out is a call for help. You were not given as you called it, “the inkling of what would happen in the meeting” earlier so this would  take you by surprise.(1)

The compassion that you sent him has multiplied and traveled throughout the omniverse and it has come back to him. You  agreed on a higher level to be an answer to this one’s prayer, “Please help me. I can’t go on like this anymore.”

And so you have bathed him in the frequency of Love. But that is what compassion does. This does not mean that you will not set further boundaries.  For this is not allowed that others will interrupt your sacred work.”

I knew immediately once I removed the visitor that we needed to send him compassion. And the vibration of us all doing so together truly did feel like bathing him with Love.  I was able to go back to the higher frequency and hoped that everyone in the circle could as well.

Later I realized I didn’t feel violated at all by this disruption which one would think would be the case. Believe me,  I have plenty of stories where I have been affected by my boundaries being violated! But being able to “Stay Above ” is the result of the work of my spiritual journey.

I also know that if anyone in the circle was affected, it only means there is something  within that needs to be healed. And the compassion we sent would be a gift for these individuals as well.

I love this idea of bathing someone with the frequency of Love- what a beautiful way to understand compassion!
